Hi, I have calmed down a bit from my last post…little bit… and have some suggestions for the July 3rd meeting. I’ve attached some bird pictures and a block. I remembered that when I went to EQ Academy, I had a class in paper piecing from photos and our sample was a bird. That’s about all I remember as Ian was destroying Ft Myers while I was there, but I can remember some of the basics that we can talk about. So save one or all of the bird pictures to work with. I have also attached a quilt block that needs to be paper pieced. We can go over doing that as well. There is a large bump in making it a pp pattern…just a warning. There is also a picture of an eclipse that could be a fabulous pp block. Ack! “Hilary, what are you thinking?” I’m thinking that is several meetings worth of stuff to play with…maybe an entire year…
